Miriam’s book’s intention is to offer new parents, grandparents and caregivers some really practical assistance and answer questions that usually don’t get answered fully.

She wanted to keep the book as non academic as possible as there seem to be many of those out there. This book is mainly a collection of 30 yrs of mother’s comments and Miriam’s own experiences; purposefully kept very practical and personal with warm, nurturing, life-like illustrations.

As pictures speak a thousand words' Miriam wanted to particularly capture also those parents who are not generally 'readers' for whatever reason, also those who are illiterate or have English as a second language. ..(often our largest risk group).
