The Sleepwrap is a unique 100% natural cotton, top quality, washable, chemical free, versatile, snug swaddling wrap for newborn to three years. It helps keep baby’s face and head clear, keeps baby off the tummy whilst also assisting a nice head shape for your baby and much much more!

PRODUCT TESTING AND TRIALS
Fully accredited Hospital clinical trials have established the efficacy of the Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product in assisting the safe positioning of sleeping babies when full product instructions are followed. This gives parents the choice of back OR side sleeping their baby safely, while still complying with the SIDS recommendation for “off the tummy sleeping”. The hospital clinical trials have shown that the correct use of a Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product can help maintain a desired back or side sleep position which may prevent and/or correct most positional plagiocephaly (flat/deformed head) problems.
The Safe T SleepTM Sleepwrap® product has been rigorously tested and extensively trialled. There are three points of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
The fabric has been scientifically tested: 0.27 “Tog Rating”, which ensures the breathability of the weave, suitability and safety for young infants, particularly important during the high SIDS (Cot Death) risk period and/or in hot climates.
The consistency and strength of the fabric weave and the automatic fastening strips have been hospital laundry tested for durability to ensure that the product will withstand hundreds of washes.
Industrial strength cotton thread is used, all corners are mitred and backstitched and bias trim is used to ensure extra safety and durability.
With all reasonable care the Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product will safely last up to two babies aged 0-3 years and/or for 5 – 6 years’ usage.
The Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product is also made to specific safety dimensions to ensure that babies’ limbs are unable to be caught or jammed.

DANGERS OF HOMEMADE/SECOND HAND VERSIONS
It is unwise and unsafe to use a Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product for more than 2 children from 0 - 3 years of age (6 years). After this lifespan the fabric-weave consistency cannot continue to provide a firm, wide band as the fabric starts to break down. This may put babies at risk as the fabric may bunch up into a narrow cord which can cause localised constriction and/or pressure around the baby’s chest and tummy.
Incorrect, untested fabric and dimensions may place babies at risk.
The Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product is fully PATENTED.
WARRANTY
Safe T Sleep warrants this product against defective material and/or faulty workmanship for twelve months from the original date of purchase from an authorised retailer. Please refer to warranty section on the product’s instruction leaflet.
Please advise customers that for safety reasons they do not use a Safe T Sleep™ Sleepwrap® product unless they know the origin of the product. No warranty is given for second hand product or product used in a commercial environment (e.g. hireage) i.e. the warranty is not transferable.
In the unlikely event that a fault is found during the warranty period, please contact us on office@safetsleep.com or +64-9-299 7589 with a brief explanation. We will need to be sent a copy of the customer’s receipt. Please do not send the product back for a credit until you have contacted Safe T Sleep (NZ) Ltd.
The warranty shall not apply to damage through accident, misuse, improper handling or cleaning, neglect, wear and tear, incorrect repair or to adjustment incurred during transit to or from the purchaser.
